Captain Gary's Marine Care Products was started by a former Head Boat and Sport Fishing Boat Captain. Captain Gary owned and operated Head Boats, and Sportfishing Boats, out of Sneads Ferry, North Carolina for a number of years. In fact Captain Gary's reputation for catching fish was such, that there is a well known fishing area in the ocean named after him. This area was named by many of his peers and other boat captains that operated out of New River Inlet. It can easily be found on most nautical fishing charts of that area! During the off seasons, Captain Gary operated Commercial Fishing and Shrimping boats throughout the southeast, as well. In 1987 Captain Gary gave up full time fishing and began fishing just weekends and only occasionally through the week. Captain Gary began a new career in the industrial chemical business, and in 1996 started his own company, EnviroServe Chemicals, Inc.
EnviroServe Chemicals continues to base its growth on bringing new and innovative products to several specific markets. Those markets currently include the original industrial chemical market which EnviroServe Chemicals specialized in; the metal finishing (paint pretreatment) and metal working (machining and forming) markets. A few years later, EnviroServe Chemicals brought out it first new facet for the company, ESC - Food Division. This new adventure was designed and specialized in servicing food processing plants. Later, the Kleaner Solutions product line was introduced which included janitorial products, home care products, floor care products, farm care products, health care products, educational care products, car care products, RV care products, and Captain Gary's Marine Care Products.
The main manufacturing facility for EnviroServe Chemicals is located in Dunn, North Carolina. In addition to fulfilling production needs for EnviroServe Chemical's Industrial products; ESC-FoodDiv products, Kleaner Solutions products, and Captain Gary's Marine Care Products, we also make numerous items under private label programs for major industrial chemical companies and consumer goods marketers.
